Campers attending full-day sessions (over four hours) should pack a lunch, two snacks, and a refillable water bottle, while those in shorter programs should bring two snacks and a water bottle. For outdoor camps, sunscreen is essential, and a hat is optional for added sun protection. Don’t forget shin guards for all players, and goalkeepers should also bring their gloves.
